[17 weeks, 5 days]

I had a busy day today. First was puppy class and then a trip to the vet for my last series of shots. Needless to say when I came home I was tired and I didn’t want to get out of the car.

Mommy and Daddy like it when I chew on the toy stick that Kazuko bought me instead of chewing on sticks from the yard.

[4 months, 6 days]

Playing soccer is tiring. I love my new soccer ball so much that even when I’m resting, I have the ball in my mouth.

[4 months, 5 days]

Daddy went to Seattle and brought me back a new toy—a soccer ball on a strap. It’s now my favorite toy to play with when I’m outside.

[15 weeks, 5 days]

I love playing with the football that MeMa Roberts got me for Christmas.

I’m not always a good girl. Sometimes I like to play with Daddy’s slippers. I like them because they’re the same color as me.

Today was the first day of puppy class. There are two other lab puppies in my class—Taz and Cinnamon. They are both younger than I am, but bigger. Mommy and Daddy already taught me how to sit and they make me sit before I go out the door. Good thing I’ve gotten taller because now I can just barely see over the bottom of the door.

Every morning, Mommy goes to a magical room in the sky. I haven’t been up there yet, but one of these days, I’m going to figure out how to follow her.

[14 weeks, 3 days]

I’m not sure why Mommy and Daddy use the dishwasher. I can take care of licking the plates clean.

By far my favorite thing in the whole wide world (at least for this week) is ice cubes. Here is a video clip (7.5 Mb QuickTime) of me playing with and eating an ice cube that Mommy and Daddy gave me.

I curl up into a ball and go to sleep.

Daddy celebrated the start of a new year today by building a fire.

Mommy and I were playing ball and sometimes I run too fast and can’t stop. Here’s a video clip (2.1 Mb QuickTime) of me running after my tennis ball.
